Do you work with other industries?

Short answer: sometimes.

My passion and main area of expertise are nonprofits and businesses working in social justice, advocacy, and community care. That’s where my years of experience as a member of grassroots organizations kicks in. I know the language, I understand the audiences, and I care about the work in a way that makes a difference in how I show up for my clients.

That said, I’ve also collaborated with other industries when the project made sense. Over the years, I’ve done ad campaigns for landscaping companies, contractors, and other local service providers who needed clear messaging and good systems. I’ve worked with doulas and postpartum coaches to set up funnels and email marketing campaigns. I’ve supported summit organizers, photographers, and therapists who wanted to streamline their workflows so they could focus on what they actually love doing.

The only real boundary I have is that I don’t work with cishet men. It’s not personal (it totally is). Capitalism already forces us to work to survive, and if I have to do it, I’d rather use my time and skills to help people who actually need it instead of making some guy richer.

If you’re not sure whether your project fits, just ask. If I’m not the right person for it, I’ll probably know someone who is!
