Hi! I’m Indira,

Online Business Manager, Media Buyer, and Founder of Sorority Assistance.

I’m a firm believer that our work should allign with out values, and in the power people have to inspire change in their communities.

I’m also an avid learner, and I learn by doing. That’s why over the past 12 years I’ve worked in diverse industries, from goverment agencies to insurance companies, doing everything from research to logistics, and everything in between.

Back in 2018 I started my VA career, as a way to pack all my knowledge and experience on a single service, supporting the people who are making the world a place worth living in.

If you’d like to find out how I can support you, collaborate, or just have an online coffee break, I’m one call away!

What I Stand For

We strongly advocate for a more empathetic work culture, one that recognizes that our growth is intricately linked to the growth of those we serve.

In a world that thirsts for kindness, we’re committed to cultivating an environment where all of our actions are driven by compassion and patience.

For us, there’s no such thing as overcommunicating; instead, it’s the pathway to building lasting connections and nurturing a transparent, supportive culture.

Effective communication isn’t just about conveying information; it’s about building relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and empathy.

In embracing diversity through an intersectional lens, we aim not just for representation but for genuine belonging.

As a queer neurodivergent person, I believe in fostering safe spaces in and outside of the workplace.
